Helpful Tips:


Arrival 

It is best to arrive 15 minutes prior to your service. We cannot guarantee your appointment if you arrive late. We may have to modify your service or have an available service stylist complete the service.   


Cancellation 

A 24 hour notice is required for all cancellations. Failure to cancel on time will result in 50% charge for the cost of the services reserved, at your next visit.

Payment 

Shear Image Salon & Boutique accepts Mastercard, Visa, American Express, cash and checks. A $25 fee will be applied to all returned checks.  


Cell Phone Use 

To help us provide a relaxed atmosphere for everyone, please silence your cell phones during your visit with the salon, and if you need to make a call step outside.


Product Return Policy 

Haircare products are non-refundable after 30 days.  Boutique – Items can be returned for store credit only, issued in the form of a gift card.  We cannot issue refunds.  All returns must be received within 30 days of the sale date.  Anything purchased with any form of personalization is a FINAL SALE and is not eligible for return.  Anything purchased at a discounted price is a FINAL SALE and is not eligible for returns.   If you do not have a receipt – items will be half price and you will be given a store credit.
